What Else is There to Do at ConCarolinas?
This is what they say about themselves:
“ConCarolinas is a multi-genre multi-media convention.
Guests of Honor are Chelsea Quinn Yarbro, Nana Visitor, and Ursula Vernon, as well as many guests from film, publishing, cosplay, music, podcasting, and more.
“We call ourselves a sci-fi convention but in truth we cover a lot including science fiction, fantasy and horror fiction. We host a variety of fandom related events and guests, including gaming, discussion panels, costume events, music events like SciFi Karaoke, concerts, a charity auction [look for a sweet Sixth Gun RPG package from Pinnacle Entertainment Group!], a short film festival, SCA events, groups celebrating fandoms like Star Wars, Star Trek, Doctor Who, and many more. We have a Dealer Room with vendors selling unique fandom related items.
“At ConCarolinas you will find something for everyone!”
Check them out before you go:

The Embassy Suites hotel is sold out, but you can find reservation information about their overflow hotel here.
Now for the Bad News…Maybe
Unfortunately, because we love conventions and meeting folks, neither Clint or I can be there to answer questions at ConCarolinas. There will be a Kitchen Game Table and a Coffee Game Table on display to look over, and fabric and finish samples to peruse. Spec Sheets with detailed information about sizes, prices, and payment plans are there for you to pick up.
Then again, if you like to see a product without someone looking over your shoulder, this hands-off approach may be a good thing for you!
